    I didn't watch, but that's a great start to the season by the bullpen - 2 hits, 4 scoreless innings. The timely hits came late, but I'll take it!

    That's a crazy story. A lot of contradictory statements. Did Ohtani know about it and lent him the money, or was he a victim? If a victim, how did his interpreter gain access to his accounts? I think it was a loan and now they agreed to say he didn't know just to keep his distance from this, since it was an illegal betting site. So if this guy was such a good friend and now he's been sacked, will his replacement be able to pick up right where they left off or will there be an acclimation period? Will it affect Ohtani's performance on the field? Something tells me we haven't heard the end of this.

    The Yamamoto signing looks like a real bust. He can't possibly still be tipping his pitches, can he?

    Right now the biggest question is who falls on his sword first, he or Ohtani's interpreter?
