I don't think you would want to I guess he dreamed about his boyfriend. Whatever homosexuals dream about. It was a 550, not a Speedster. Not important really. Dead is dead, whatever vehicle you're driving. For some reason, he had "Little Bastard" written on it...
Ah yes a 550 Spyder, my bad gorgeous little car it was I was sort of speculating what he did to warrant 50+ years of adulation act cool was enough it appears
Well, the three films he was in, were considered Hollywood creme de creme at tne time. And timing is everything, as we all are aware. "Rebel Without a Cause" was a benchmark for misunderstood youth in a certain socio- economic level, and was a mirror for California kids at the time, not the usual ghetto east coast black and white faire. The stars in it, and the fact that he was terrific in it, the look of the film, Wood, Mineo all helped him become a young persons idol. He was dynamic in East of Eden and Giant, too. The studio may have denied his sexuality back then, but no one denied his unique talent.
totally agree the emotions/actions in rebel without a cause are both subtle and extraordinary the police station scene was epic; great performances by all imo -- especially jim backus playing the obsequious patsy dad
You and your votes. When will you learn that its not the votes that count but the selection committee?
it's a flawed system and sadly no amount of legitimate la fan votes will overcome the ballot box stuffers in other cities don't really care tbh the asg/hr derby etc are just pointless exhibitions that amount to exactly squat
I'm sure someone has already mentioned it, but the Dodgers are tied for the best record in the majors.
4 in the loss column for the central and tied with the Cards. 3 games to make up due to rainouts and the Brewers along with the Rocks have the fewest games to play the rest of the way.
