    ......he'll have Utley in the starting lineup on Monday as a big Fuck You to the Mets but TBT, he doesn't. Any of the other managers we either wish we had or hate bc we don't would.

    I don't think ANY manager would start Utley over Kendrick, AGon, or Turner(2B, 1B, 3B). You WILL see Utley bat in a key spot where a HBP would truly help us. That will be fun.

    I know, just got caught up in the moment but it would be nice if he had it in him to do something like that.

    He'd probably be more apt to fine Utley for being a meanie.

    Starting Utley over Kendrick in this particular game is a no brainer. vs Harvey, Utley is 6/18 and a HR. Kendrick is 1/6. and while we are playing matchups, Rollins, in this game should get the start over Corey. He's 5/19 with 2 HR's, and 2 BB's off Harvey.

    Those samples tell me nothing. Kendrick is our best AB right now IMO. I want him in there every game especially with the off day tomorrow giving his hammy a blow.

    I think you go with the guy with history despite Howie's current hot hand. Wouldn't surprise me at all to see Chase at 2nd, J-Roll at SS and Joc in CF with Yasiel in RF.

    Howie's not hot. He's just doing Howie shit. This is why they sought him out as the replacement for Kemp/Hanley as this group's trusted right handed run producer. It's really fucked up that we don't have a leadoff man who's worth a damn and that Howie can't hit somewhere in the middle right now.

    I'd put Kike at 1 or 2 for game 3. 9-29(310) batting leadoff and 19-43(442) batting 2nd. Probably put him at leadoff and have Seager/JRoll bat 2nd. That way Howie can move down the order.

    I wanna see Kike's splits against a righty while in the leadoff spot tho. He's usually facing off with lefties because he's not good against righties.
