So LeBron is day to day with the groin, x-ray negative. They should be able to compete without LeBron for a sec, but the league has to be pissed. Lakers about to play a record number of nationally televised games in January with LeBron as the draw. Can assume they'd prefer to have him fully healthy and locked in promo-wise. But I guess this is a chance for Ingram to improve his trade value before the February trade deadline. A week or maybe two without LeBron should free Ingram up and have him looking like last season when he was going for 30+ against the Warriors. If Julius had returned and they didn't add LeBron, it's probably a 40+ win team. They should be OK for a stretch, but it sucks. Doesn't suck as much as Draymond Green's jumpshot, but it sucks.
Some nice challenges in the paint, but hopefully he figures the rest out. Probably won't be easy with minimal minutes once guys get healthy. Until then he's a retro-fit defensively
So today's game is now a tad more interesting. Rondo down again and Zo going it alone VS Fox. Nowhere to hide. Solid chance Fox will get most improved player this season, but Zo had better show up today. Especially seeing as how this is the 2nd night of a back to back for SAC. You can't let Fox come out and obliterate you when he just played last night http://www.nba.com/article/2018/12/26/rajon-rondo-sprained-finger Lakers' Rondo sidelined with sprained right finger Point guard suffered injury Tuesday and will miss Thursday's game in Sacramento

Nasty dunk by Fox but Zo fighting back with the 3 ball Ingram has to get going Zo with 11 and 5 in the 1st, raw
Kuz hot potatoed the ball to Ingram instead of just taking the foul and shooting the free throws himself and of course Ingram split the pair and cost them a point
Lol Wiz was solid, but agreed. Missing that clutch free throw, let's be honest, was shades of LeBron. Kuz did everything right as a closer except not taking the foul and shooting the free throws himself, that was a weak ending to a great performance. He probably got a text from Kobe, " WTF are you doing giving the ball to Ingram when they're looking to foul? Don't give it to LeBron either. " Tough, tough loss
Warriors PBP guy does an afternoon talk show on KNBR. He was discussing the Christmas day game and came away impressed. He also said the Lakers' downfall could be FT and 3 pt shooting. Loves Kuz, Ingram and Zu. Ball......not so much.
