Celtics lose to the Suns. Lol Ayton dominant out there, almost 20 and 20 Pels lose to Milwaukee. Opportunity on Friday for LAL to hand the Pels a 3rd straight loss and move them to 2nd to last in the conference
Maybe trading for Davis is not best if we lose kuz hart Ingram and zo. Keep the kids but bench them all. Use cap space on a superstar and quality veterans. Rose. Lonzo. Bonga Kawhi. Hart. Svi LeBron. Ingram Boogie. Kuzma. Wagner Chandler. Javale. Zubac
I am fairly certain you don’t “use them all.” And that is no excuse to use PER. Educate yourself on the metrics I mentioned if you want your posts to be taken seriously.
If that was an excuse in your eyes, so be it. If you think you're fairly certain, so be it. If you don't take my posts seriously, so be it. I'm fairly certain it doesn't matter either way and that I'll live
Dell Demps casually tosses out that the NBA should look into LeBron's comments about AD and " decide if it's tampering " No, players cannot get popped for tampering, but you have to appreciate the attempt Lol The Lakers were always going to take a shot at Anthony Davis as a free agent, but James saying so with cameras in his face is a whole ‘nother deal of urgency. “They are just making sure that AD knows he is still in their plans and they want him,” a rival executive told Frank Isola of The Athletic. “Bron is too smart to act innocent on this one.”
Julius questionable to play tonight Mirotic is out BI is probable Rondo questionable Javale is out LeBron (ill) did not attend shoot around - GAMETIME decision Tyson & Ivica did not feel well this AM & received IV bags Fuckin Javale passing the bug around.
30 points, 20 rebounds, 5 assists and a loss. Even if it's not the Lakers, somebody has to save AD. That's just sad
20 minutes for Hart yesterday..that's more like it. And he responds going 2-4 on 3's. Feels very much like he's not a big minute starting caliber guy, at least not yet. Maybe not ever, but for now, not yet. Kuz is getting 20+ points in his sleep at this point. It's automatic. Thought BI's return could slow Kuz, but nope. Luke sort of made sure of it, 37 minutes for Kuz yesterday. There will be no stifling Kuzmania's surge
AD takes a shit on the super-max.." legacy more important than money. " Bye, Pels. http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/...ans-pelicans-says-legacy-more-important-money
He can plant all the seeds. If Dell Demps can't handle the pressure from opposing scumbag GMs that have the Lakers living in their heads rent free, the Lakers will end up watching AD play elsewhere for a year ala Kawhi and George. Bottom line is LAL needs extenuating circumstances to get a deal done. Initially, it was thought that LAL would have it easier if they didn't wait around until the Celtics were able to get into the picture in the summer. But if the Pels wait until the summer to deal AD, they'll have to send him off with a $4MM trade bonus and everybody already understands that the Pels don't want that. Paul will have the leverage play.." we'll waive the trade kicker/bonus if you trade him to the Lakers ", if they want to play ball in the summer as opposed to now.
Nice to see Zu back in rotation. Nice to see playoff Rondo flash as well. Still convinced that he can be the 3rd star for LAL when it matters most
Zu definitely seems to produce whenever he is getting minutes. Luke will have a tough decision when Javale gets back. Not mad about him possibly building up more trade value before the deadline either. I agree with you regarding Rondo. He's absolutely incredible driving the lane and finishing at the rim. His touch around the basket is second to none. When he is aggressive, he's absolutely a game changer but he seems content taking the backseat too often.
Yup, but Luke will probably have help from above with that decision. Javale definitely needs to be used as a trade chip, was one of the more valuable trade pieces in the league before this pneumonia battle. That vet minimum contract. Like you said, hopefully, he can get back and build or re-establish his value. It'd be a waste to let him expire Wear and tear from over the years. I don't think he can do it consistently over 82 like he used to. Had had a couple knee surgeries as well. But in a 7 game series where there are no back to backs and a solid rest schedule, he is hell to deal with when he only has to focus on one team for 4-7 games. Many fans had questions and/or laughs after the signing, but I don't imagine any of the actual players in the league laughing when Rondo signed on
I like Zu on offense, buy his pick and roll defense is terrible. He got exposed over and over at the end of the Memphis game. He's gotta tighten that up or he won't be able to stay on the floor during crunch time.
