    I think USC's next few years hinge on the P12 championship game. If we win, the league is scared and we become dominant. If not, he will have to crush it in the bowl game and beat Alabama to stay on the same track.

    I'd be more scared of Oregon than Stanford. I think we can win. It would be a huge win.

    God help us if we get blown out after hiring Helton prematurely

    Watched the 30 for 30 documentary on Jimmy V and the 1983 NC State basketball team. That might be the most unbelievable run ever in any sport....constantly having to pull off late comebacks vs favored opponents such as UNC with MJ and Worthy, UVA with Sampson, UNLV, Houston with Hakkem. Of their 9 wins in a row, they had 1 easy win against Utah.

    I LOVE the Lakers and especially Kobe, but right now, there is no way you can say Kobe would be as good as Carmello is. Kobe hasn't had a PER over 20 since the 12-13 season and I don't think he'd be there now. Hell, when Kobe signed that contract I was pissed as hell.

    Anyways, my point is that Jim has failed this far.

    I didn't say he IS, I said if he WAS playing as well as Melo....hell even if he was at 80% of Melo, we might have the same record.

    I think we have a better crop of rookies in my opinion.
