Phil took a page right out of Isaiah's playbook Lol
Grab a former all-star, big name guy to generate some buzz for NY fans and hook'em Smh
And when the Knicks make the playoffs in the weak east and get beat in the 1st round Phil will claim brilliance.
    Mike Conley>Derrick Rose
    Jeff Teague>Derrick Rose
    Rajon Rondo>Derrick Rose

I liked the young PG they dealt(Grant) and Robin Lopez had a very nice contract going forward. Great deal for the Bulls...Knicks are in win now mode with a deal like this and they're going to be lucky to win a playoff game. So stupid.

Just wait until Phil signs Dwight and for the ridiculousness of " win now - Melo/Rose/Dwight mode " Haha
    Yeah, that's " win now " alright..like 2010/win now.
    Win yesterday Lol
Bulls absolutely got better and completely turned the team over to Jimmy Butler at the same time.
Knicks were screwed with no draft picks as well, basically playing Connect Four against Rondo type of screwed.
None of the picks they dealt were protected or anything, that franchise is just toddler mode.

    What about Przingis?
Melo, Przingis, and a big improvement at PG in Rose over Calderon is not that bad of a team.
And if Phil can motivate Dwight to play his role of defender/shot blocker then maybe it works out for them.
Still lost in all of this is that Rose contract is expiring after this season.
And thats when the Knicks have cap space and why they also wanted to move Lopez contract.

and Rose still doesn't have any knees so the Knicks are screwed anyways

If Phil does sign Dwight, it would be the ultimate screwed up NBA lineup of all time.

3 prima donnas, ball hog, "I want to be the center of the offense" iso personalities and only one ball. Poor Porzingus.

I wouldn't be surprised if in some games, the ball just gets ripped in three for these trying to control the ball themselves.

Phil got me thinking of Philly. I would love to get Okafor if possible.

Several teams have entirely ruled Thon Maker out of the first round due to his age. Multiple sources believe Maker to be 21-23, not 19.

    Damn.

    Whoa
    I'm like this...I don't give a damn.
21-23 is still young enough to sharpen one's game and it's not like we'd need him to grow anymore @ 7'1"
A lot of rumors about him sliding to the 2nd round, but I could easily see somebody like Toronto drafting him late in the 1st, like they did with that kid Bruno Caboclo
Hope this is about him perhaps going late in the 1st and some teams trying to get him to slide

My guess is that Dwight won't sign with the NYK tho and that maybe they'll end up with Noah, Noah is from NY.
But the media in NY doesn't give a damn, they're coming at you day in and day out and he's a sensitive wimp, can't see him handling that situation well at all...and they will fail.
And really the same goes for Boston.
I'm thinking Dwight goes somewhere like Toronto or Milwaukee, the Bucks are trying to trade Greg Monroe it looks like.
Dwight is probably looking to go somewhere where he can get paid like a king, do whatever he wants, and not be held accountable all that much, just have fun.

Horrendous defensively at a premium defensive position.
Also, enough of a jackass to go street fighting after a game, endangering himself and others around him.

This sounds about right. Also he basically plays like a center and he's like 6'9"
