    UCLA off to another stellar start. Defense sucks. QB seems to want to be Johnny Manziel II, and no one the Pac-12 looks like a lock to make it to the playoffs.

    According to the LA Times, coach basically told him you could either be Brady or Manziel. Basically a warning to get on the right track.

    So let me get this straight. You are saying "so what" because if Rosen is Manziel, he's Heisman Trophy candidate?

    Do you really think that talking to the coach gave to Rosen was a "you could be great or you could be great" talk?

    It was a warning. That's what should be the takeaway.

    He was a really good college football player. Even speculating about potential off field stuff about Rosen is ridiculous and unfair to Rosen

    1 game of the season on the road in front of 100K, I'd say it was a decent performance especially the comeback. A&M's QB even though it was his 1st game there wasn't a freshman. Hang in there Bruins! SC is about to get buried but I wouldn't say that was a surprise with a 1st time starter. Long Season afoot.

    Tough task to beat that team but maybe expected a little closer contest. Utah State next and then Stanford in Palo Alto. Real trap game against State but it's at home which will help.
