Brian Kenny had a good idea but I doubt Donnie does it. Victorino has been awful offensively he should be moved down have Ellis lead off with his 385 on base with Cruz 2nd. He is only hitting 300 nd nearly 400 his last like 20 games.
The biggest reason I have no confidence at all anymore: Matt Kemp. He is not gonna start hitting, and we cannot win without him hitting. Our MVP does literally nothing. And it will cost us a playoff spot.
Psshaw.. have no fear, Cardboy...Holliday and your worse hitter is better than Kemp,Gonzalez,Ramirez and Ethier. Cummulatively, about one or two for 12/13, is all we, as LA fans, can hope for. Scared? The only guy you've got to worry about is Luis Cruz, who will no doubt come to bat with zero on base. If you're scoring 2 runs, you're a lock. Three, and you've got a laugher.
Exactly. Which is why he ain't coming out of this and why we aren't winning games. Good as over. When this was a healthy Kemp-Ethier team, they could win games. Now Kemp is horrible and everyone else follows suit. If Kemp sucks, we will suck. No matter who you add to the team Kemp is the motor. They should sit him down. They really should. We aren't winning with him like this anyways. And in the off chance we make the playoffs he might be healthy.
IMO, we should be plenty able to win with Kemp sucking or sitting. We still have some pretty big names in that lineup. I refuse to put it all on Kemp, he is one of many on this team. There's no reason Adrian, Ethier, and Hanley cannot provide the run production we'd need the way our staff has pitched (3rd in ERA?). Just a weird team right now.

Thank you Don! Ethier has been one of if not our best hitter and now he gets way more ABs, and Shane gets to hide in the 6 hole. Lets hope it works
Our offense will be fucking EXPLOSIVE only when we are statistically eliminated from the wildcard race.
This team needs to earn back any faith from the fans. As pessimistic as I come across, I usually press the reset button a couple hours after each loss and get ready for the next one. The reset button has been deteriorating the past week and has been broken until further notice. This team needs to prove something to us. I will not give up till we are out but my faith in these guys is all but gone.
