    Giants' two hits were the weak ass ground ball single by Dickerson and bloop double by Belt. I only recall a couple of hard hit balls by SF, the first inning line drive to right by Posey and the deep fly ball late in the game by Dickerson.

    The victory has many sweet aspects to it, indeed.
    Simply, the W over the SFags...
    Emergence possibly of a bona fide dependable RP in Jones...
    Bauer firmly entrenching himself in Dodger lore in multiple ways...
    CT rising to meet the wind...
    Stopping the SF momentum, no matter what happens from here on out...
    And for me, handing that meatball throwing ( for us, anyway) schlub Wood his first loss...

    I was skeptical about Bauer but man has he lived up to the hype so far

    Gives the team some much needed swagger and confidence every time he’s out there
