PADRES/DODGERS Game Thread

I did not think Cy Young was allowed to pitch every day against us.

 

After his comments about being an "everyday player" and how he would not be a backup, I have to wonder if he is dogging it or if The Great Dodger is reminding him of why we got rid of his ass--albeit at our expense.

 

I think he's obviously not dogging it. He's just playing bad.

 

In a contract year I don't think so SDF but his performance has been pretty awful

 

Victorino needs to start hacking earlier in the count, I constantly am seeing him watch a fastball down the pipe to go down 0-1 then wave at a change up low and away.

 

We should really think about calling up like 2-3 relievers and maybe throwing some guys off the 40 man. We're gonna need em.

 

Just randomly got reminded of the time in the first series when Wright through like 9 straight balls and Richard swung on 3-0 at ball 4 to knock into a DP and end the inning lol

 

I really cant believe how bad AJ's receiving skills are.

Think it's time to sit and wonder well, maybe this team just isn't that good at this point?. Get a spring training and a full season with these guys. Need a little more pitching, Bills to be good and healthy for a full season, and start off fresh.

It doesn't look like they have consistent baseball in them. Kinda sucks being stuck behind teams right from the start if this new squad.

 

We got lucky there. We need to put up some crooked numbers here
