    I don’t think they will or should tear it down. It’s a good team, and they were 1 win away from winning it all. I’m just saying, it’s hard to be better than they were this year. They can try for it again and maybe have some more breaks go their way but this was their best shot

    At least the core is young, mostly cheap, and locked up. And I do believe that they all to a man care enough about this to not take it lightly, and smooth out whatever flaws are there so that there isn’t any uncertainty next time.

    Because as I said before, we should’ve won this in 5.

    We had a window this year since the Astros are here to stay, the Yankees are getting better, so are the Diamondbacks and Indians. The Nationals are a joke at the end of the day and the Cubs will probably roll over for the next hundred years.

    Jansen vs their 7-8-9 with an 0-2 count and gives up a HR. 7 runs of support for CK and that isn't enough.

    I'm devastated. We had this won in 5 and lost in 7. Calling AT&T and cancelling my TV package tomorrow.

    Honestly I’m being very pessimistic but it’s the best season I’ve ever witnessed with the greatest playoff moments I’ve ever seen. One day I’ll look back and rewatch some of the great moments with happiness cause I honestly am not someone who thinks championship or bust, or else why watch 162 games a year? The process is fun and it’s a good distraction.

    But right now; this sucks. Unless they can shock the world

    At least he isn’t an unbelievable asshole like Moriyama. I’ve had to unfollow that guy a few times over just because he oozes such unhappiness and bitterness.
