I looked up 10 game win streaks for some of the best teams ever: 2001 Mariners - 1 (15 games) 1998 Yankees - 0 (actually 1 if playoffs count) 1927 Yankees - 0 1906 Cubs - 4 (including a 37-2 run with 3 of those win streaks)
Certainly. They could flip Alex Wood and Stewart spots to give Darvish an extra day to get comfortable.

I dug up a post from June 19 from @ColoradoKidWitGame, when the Dodgers were a game out of first - I'd say 14 games in first on Aug 1 means the Dodgers did pretty well to take advantage of the opportunity. It feels so long ago.
Also, to make room on the 40-man roster for the 3 new players I think Segedin was moved to the 60-day DL and Peter O'Brien was DFA'd. We still need one more move for the 40-man roster. I think Urias can be moved to the 60-day DL (not sure if there's a reason he isn't on it already), otherwise we may have to face the very tough decision on whether or not to DFA Mike Freeman. I hope it doesn't come to that.
