That's weird on their end. What's being a Dodger or a Giant fan without giving each other shit about it? And their team has won 3 WS in the past 5 years, what do they have to be butt hurt about? (Maybe don't answer the last question, I realized the most likely answer as I typed it)
One thing I will say though, it is their prerogative who to follow and unfollow. If they want to narrow their social view to only those who will say positive things about the giants, then they can do that. So while it seems like a weak reason to unfollow someone, I don't think you should make an issue out of it (unless you feel bad and/or think you may be crossing the line). Personally, I never check my followers on Twitter or Facebook and wouldn't know if someone unfollowed me, which is the way to go. My wife checks that and it's drama every time she is unfollowed or if she unfollows someone else. I've done mass unfollows before of people I haven't interacted with in years, no drama... maybe drama on their end, I don't know, but I don't interact with them so I don't care.
