    Classic case of a NY guy, based in NY, doing a little something something for a NY team that was destined by NY based sportswriters to be destined for a World Series.

    Shoe on the other foot, they would have said that was a tough old-school play....gritty tough baseball....blah blah blah.

    If the offense can work counts like they have been in the first 2 games then I think we have a real shot of winning game 3. Harvey will be on a pitch count and I seriously doubt with their cautious approach to him coming back from tommy john.. they will let him try to throw 100mph like freaking Degrom and Syndergaard have been.

    I think they get Harvey's pitch count high and knock him out early so the pressure will be put on the bullpen and this team should do damage to their bullpen. If Brett can give a soild outing and go say 6 innings with minimal damage then the team has a shot. Utley stepped up in game 2 and now the offense as a whole needs to step up and beat this Mets pitching staff.

    4 GS 1-2 24 IP 4.50 ERA 1.42 WHIP .269 BAA. I like our chances. We just gotta hope Anderson does his job.
