Rubby is slated for a late july return as of now.

EDIT: Don't know why the link isn't working. Here are the quotes regarding Rubby:

"Most notable was right-handed pitcher Rubby De La Rosa, whose meteoric arrival came undone last year when he blew out his elbow and required Tommy John surgery. De La Rosa is healing on schedule, throwing free and easy on flat ground from 60 feet and is optimistic for a late July return to game action.
"Right now I feel more power than I did before, a lot stronger," he said, rolling back his sleeve to reveal a six-inch scar. "Beautiful, huh?"

I read that Padilla seems to be back to full strength, throwing his fastball between 94-96 MPH. Just curious, would you guys want him back?

I think he would be a solid addition to the BP and could be a great long relief option or emergency #6 starter, which we will need because of the beautiful rotation Ned has put together. I think a 1-year $1M with some minor incentives would be great, if he proves that he can pitch and is 100% healthy.

    Thoughts?

i like him better as a starter though
    imo
a healthy padilla > lilly, harang or crapuano
