Dream shake against the Rockets? If THT has post skills he's really gonna be too much to deal with for guards

Harden says he’ll sacrifice his shots for the team. Well what’s he good for then? He’s not a defensive threat, and he sure ain’t a prototypical passer/PG.

I just get the feeling that Kyrie will be left out in the cold.

To Beal, or not to Beal? That is the question. I vote to Beal. Fortune favors the bold. And fortunately LAL has a deep enough roster to make a 3 or 4 for 1 trade and come out of it fine rotation wise

LBJ, AD, KCP, Caruso and Kuz = safe....all others report to the trade block. Love THT, but him too. No hard feelings..no room for feelings at all when big game hunting

Well Julius has realized his potential, pretty much rejecting all the Zion lite stuff he was getting. My guy is shooting 40% from the 3pt line on already 90 attempts this season, averaging 23ppg and 11 rebounds, 80% from the FT line and playing +defense to go along with all that offense. Oh and 6 assists per game too. Lol

Best of the former Laker kids. Knicks had better hold on to him tight

Barring injuries, the Lakers are repeating.

Probably a lot to with him having to anchor the defense this season with Dwight and Javale gone, but AD has finally stopped shooting like Larry Bird....only for LBJ to begin shooting like Larry Bird while sprinkling in Olajuwon dream shakes

LBJ....still the best player in basketball after playing the equivalent of 21 seasons if you count all the playoff games. The most impressive athlete in the history of man kind. Has to be. And happy that Laker nation benefits from this 8th wonder of the world stuff. Team should repeat, like you said, with good health. But we also may be a Bradley Beal trade away from 4 or 5peating because how can anyone predict when LBJ is going to stop this shit? Just gotta give him the benefit of the doubt at this point. Says he wants to play till he's 45, just turned 36. Most guys of his stature don't want to play anymore when they start declining..they don't wanna hear all the shit talking on the floor when the shoe's on the other foot. But if he says he wants to play till he's 45....does he believe he's gonna still be playing near this level at like 43 or 44? And what if he does? 8peat? Caruso might retire before LBJ. AD may actually decline before LBJ. This is insane.

As much as I hate admitting it, but the Clips and Nets scare me.

You should be more worried about the Sixers. Nets aren't getting past them - unless Doc does something to fuck it up - which he's good for. But the Nets' coaching staff is trash, so Doc is probably safe. Embiid is dominating and the Nets don't play any D. Won't have the defensive habits necessary

As for the Clips....they still employ Pandemic P. Don't fall for the regular season shuffle that he does every other season. He still shrinks when it matters most

The Nets fucked up big time by giving up Allen to the Cavaliers and keeping sorry ass DeAndre Jordan. Their defense is atrocious and they have nothing inside. I really don't see a close #2 to the Lakers right now. The Clippers can't be trusted with PG as their #2 because like Fall said, he has fallen apart so many times in the playoffs. And even if PG is playing well, the Clippers would still need one of LeBron or AD to tail off because if those two play well, it's lights out. LeBron really is defying logic and somehow improving. His game almost has no flaws currently and somehow he's more confident than ever. Love or hate him, he's amazing to watch.

At some point I'd like to see them go and get Javale or some other cheap big to take some of the defensive load off AD. Regular season isn't important enough for LAL to be wearing AD out. Defensively, Marc Gasol is about as bad as old man Pau late in his run with LAL. He's gonna be like Dwight and Javale..unplayable in certain series

If LBJ ever figures out the free throw line....

Their plays were to have Lebron dribble to 3 in the clock and shoot a contested jumper.

The Lakers look so disinterested for large periods of time and yet still end up winning.

Not a healthy habit but it's clear that this team is all about the playoffs.
