Nor do I only talk shit about Puig.
But that's neither here nor there, don't worry about how much shit I talk regarding Puig, and certainly don't feel as though you have the authority to stop me...you can eat a dick on that behalf.

At least mine, and many others, feelings in regards to Puig is reflected by the FO's actual feelings regarding the player.
You and your constant shit talking about the FO is unwarranted when LAD currently has more wins to this point in the season than they've had in the last few years.
And any shit talking regarding Howie Kendrick is unwarranted as well when he's really a solid LF'er by every measure.
Both the FO and Howie Kendrick are respected around MLB...Puig is not.
So with that rationale, fuck off, worry about yourself.

Whether or not you like Puig, hate him, or abhor him, is this a way a professional FO should handle the proposed trade or demotion of a player on your team?
Conglomeration of classless fucking slobs living in an ivory tower.
Fuck them and the horses they rode in on.
Have some goddam pride in your behavior towards a player, no matter what he's become statistically, who was once a fine, producing Los Angeles Dodger. He doesn't deserve this king of treatment.
Big, sparkling clean tradition to uphold... so they walk away from a guy like Chapman, and then turn around and act like a bunch of low life clams.

Their grammar does suck and little errors pop up all the time
Biggest take away for me was the season forecast/chart, on pace for 92 wins before and 94 now, projected division winners

We still don't know the full story. If Puig was told very early today, or maybe yesterday, I dunno, Puig should have been fully prepared for the eventual outcome.

In any case, is there anyone else to blame than Puig himself. He has all the physical gifts, and his debut gave every indication that if he kept working, the sky was the limit.

But that is the catch right? It's not like this is year 2 of the experiment. The main problem with Puig is the stuff between his ears. Whether it is the speeding charges, embarrassing incidents in a nightclub, his public statements about not putting in video work, his often boneheaded or just odd decisions on the field, or just his clear decline each year since his debut....all of that was within HIS CONTROL.

This has nothing to do with how the FO or management has treated him.

Only the player can carve his own path to success. And Puig blew more chances than other players get.

Say what you will about Kike or SVS......what is more frustrating for anyone who has the responsibility of running a team than anything is seeing people with such God given potential just screw it up because they are just idiots when it counts. I'd rather have the hard worker, nose to the grindstone, effort maker than the wasted talent.

Would this be considered adding another prospect?

There's nothing out there that Puig had a hissy fit so he did react to it as fine as he could for all we know. And honestly, being held to a different standard is not good for a team.

I also don't think that cause we think he has amazing potential it means that he should be put down if he doesn't meet it. Baseballs fucking hard. Could make an easy argument that Enrique and Toles also haven't met their potential and have under achieved.

I completely understand the frustration with Puig. He's simply not been a starter quality player and it can be frustrating with what we saw he was. And it can be easy to blame a lack of effort but that's easy to say from where we're at. At the end of the day, what I see is this: is he a better option then the current bench options? Yes. So it doesn't make sense.

Of course, this all changes if there's another reason this happened but for what we know right now, it seems like he's been held to a different standard for some odd ass reason

Unless we're missing something Puig did, yeah, the whole situation is a damn mess for no reason. If they wanted him sent down for a certain reason, come out and say it. But now, you've thrown a dude under the bus and seemingly treated him unfairly for no reason that we know. And Puig has been a headache before no doubt but: he's been punished for his headaches before with benchings AND everything we know seems to point that he's been better in his off the field stuff as a teammate. A great Dodgers community member. Now I sound like I'm slobbing all over him and yeha it doesn't change that he's been an average player but I just don't get why this happened and wish we knew more and unless they come out and explain and give us a better reason i think it's fair to make these mad statements

Somebody did a photoshopped LAD/Reddick jersey like Anderson's and McCarthy's
Somebody should do one for Puig in a OKC jersey and send it to him Haha

Still low class scumbags to treat a player that way whatever he has become. They wouldn't give a fuck if he was a dolt who couldn't write his name if he was playing like he did back when he came up. Please...
Got nothing to do with Kike or SVS.

Like all things in life, we may never get the full story. Going back to last year, Donnie's comment about Puig's miraculous recovery from a hammy may have just flowed over to this year.

Like I said, no one will fully know the truth. But, what I do know is that most teams bend over backward to keep and nurture talent. It is in the management's best interests to do so. Something in that chain was broken with the Dodgers, and I cannot believe that the Dodgers are especially unaware of this truth.

Again.....there is no one to blame but Puig. If he continued to work hard instead of acting like.....well....a diva, this would not be an issue.

Remember, this guy was in the HR derby, and there was serious talk of him being in the All Star game after essentially a partial season.

    How the mighty have fallen.

    Does he even care?
