    They are trampling all over a crime scene. Where in the he'll is the FBI, ATF, local police. Shouldn't that apartment be taped off?

    Apparently the FBI said they were done with it already and turned it back over to the home owner.

    Isn't planning a terrorist attack a scene in a crime? I'd call it a crime scene.

    I can plan a bank robbery in my living room. Doesn't make it a crime scene.

    Not true at all. Any act taken place inthe furtherance of a crime is by definition a crime scene,

    A room where the mafia planned killings is a crime scene.

    A placd where a conspiracy takes place is a crime scene?

    If you build 12 pipe bombs in your apartment, that is most definitely a crime scene.

    This is just incompetence.

    I agree with Gebbeth.

    Things like attempt, conspiracy, etc. are inchoate crimes and can be punished criminally. Even if we didn't have those laws in place, I'm sure building pipe bombs is a felony under every penal code in the US, which would mean it's a crime scene since the felony took place there.

    It was a residence of the suspects, I think that's a crime scene.

    Going along with what Gebbeth said (sort of). Planning an attack from there doesn't make it a crime scene, but they had pipe bombs they were making there or something like that? Yeah, that would make it a crime scene.

    classic lair tale
    company christmas party and suddenly a female inebriate shows up at the gate w several literal supporters of her body weight
    followed by a stupid punk inebriate that i soon find out is her husband and apparently she is VP of this firm
    husband is loud and abusive to my security and in general so i engage him
    "why don't you throw some cold water on your face and man up so you can take care of your woman?"
    "do you have some cold water?"
    "no but i have this gatorade"
    dude grabs the large bottle of gatorade i hand him and pours it all over his face and head
    people are wondering what just happened and security and I just stand there stone faced
    until we load his sticky shivering shaking ass into an uber and ship him off :diablo:
    then we laugh like hyenas
