    Hunter is a corner guy now. No room in our OF and he WON'T accept a backup role even IF we consider him which I don't think we will.

    hunter is Texas bound, unless they go all out for grienke . I don't think they will they probably want one of the rays pitchers and their farm is loaded.
    would not shock me if Carlos Santana is a popular name in the meetings, Ellis will do for us, we need the specs for a pitcher.

    i think there is no reason to replace ellis
    you dont need more than what he gives out of the catchers spot
    no reason to spend big money there, that is usually always a mistake
    ellis is good for a couple years
    spend that cash with pitching and table setters

    If Hunter would accept spelling Dre/Crawford against lefties, and coming in against loogys late in games, while still being able to start plenty of games for our fragile OF...that'd be amazing. But he won't

    Nope. Trout and Pujols gets caught for steroids. Dipoto investigated, and rats out Sebean in the process. The Angels and Giants both receive the death penalty, ala college football.
