Hopefully and real hopefully we soon as in the next week and two reach in our alleged deep pockets and sign a high profile Cuban or two or three. Otherwise one might wonder if the pockets are not certain about the future.
Not even a question, since the last I heard they broadcast the first 3 innings of Vin over the radio- so sound, yes-picture, no.
So me and the boys were stoked to watch the game that was supposed to be aired on MLB network today. We even set the DVR so we wouldn't miss it. Turn it on to watch and blacked out..it's fucking spring training and still blacked out...I'm fucking done with this bs.. Fuck everyone involved for denying my boys from watching our own home team.. I'm done with this bullshit.
Are you fucking kidding me? I'm at work but I set a fucking recording so I could watch the damn game. This shit is beyond pathetic.
Please tell me about this. Last season we watched streams but they are choppy as fuck and on my computer. I want to watch ballgames on the fucking 72 inch TV I bought mostly to watch my Dodgers play.. I'm ready for a Frank fucking Mcourt type boycott.!!! Fuck this shit!
That's fucking bullshit. You and your boys need Dodger baseball on that TV. I watched games whenever I wanted last year with mlb.tv ($25/mo) and an unblock-us.com account ($5/mo). You need something like unblock-us to mask your location if you use mlb.tv. If you need help setting it up, you can message me anytime. It's bullshit for you to miss games, and you don't need to. As far as hardware you will just need something that can run mlb.tv connected to your TV: PS3/Xbox, I think Roku works, I use my iPad to watch games and airplay with the AppleTV if I want it on the big screen.
i have a friend that watched every single game on his PS3 last year. hell, i watched 2 or 3 with him on it as well..ran smooth, no issues. of course it was some live online stream, though. i think it was called wiziwigi or some crazy shit like that. i really don't know why people are still missing games. if you have a device and the internet, boom, the streams are there. imo, if you don't at least have the internet, i'd almost go so far as to say that you don't need to watch the Dodgers. Lol
I watched all the games last year. But streams blow. They are choppy and watching them on a computer screen sucks. Plus I want to watch them on my big azz TV sitting in my lazyboy in my living room...Not my home office.
I did what Mouse did last season. Still wish I had the channel though to be able to have the pre and post game programs in the background while cooking or getting ready for bed. It's also annoying having to set up my rig before every game (laptop, log in, buffer, hdmi cord across the room, etc.) I'd much rather be able to press "694" like years past.
I feel you, but if you have a BluRay you can stream the games on those as well and do just that..i mean watch them on your big screen that way. Most BluRay's have web browsers now, so you just connect to the net and go to the site through those and boom..Doyer Beisbol.
I guess you could call these first world problems... But I actually felt sorry for my dad having to call me to ask me how to get the game on his laptop any given night. The guy deserves his Dodgers.
It definitely sucks missing out on the pre/post games shows. On the plus side you get the mlb.tv features like DVR controls, or watching archived games. The other plus is you can drop cable completely if you want, and you won't miss games.
