    Withrow walks almost everybody
    But Jaime walks everybody period. He's not better than Withrow or probably even close to the pitcher he is

    I was looking at Withrow's overall walk rate (He didn't pitch much last year then went down this the UCL tear) in the majors and minors, This Jaime guy's walk rate in the majors and minors are both worse than Withrows

    Honestly, it sucks to see him go, but this had to happen. At this point, we have too many OFers and Uribe is the odd man out. Obviously the return is nothing, but I'm pretty sure we were just trying to get whatever we could to just get Uribe off the roster.

    Don't be surprised to see a similar trade return for one of the OFer's...

    it's a Juan Uribe trade..not a Shaquille O'Neal trade.

    it's amazing how some are acting like Uribe and Withrow were set to contribute anything at all in the near future. Uribe's already been replaced in the lineup by Turner/Guerrero and Olivera and Seager haven't even shown up yet, and all Friedman's done is build a pretty good bullpen out of sticks.

    He' still a major league third baseman who has actual value for many teams. We could have got something for him. I know it's in vogue to heap praise on this F.O, but this was fucking gay in just about every way. I award the F.O no points, and may God have mercy on their souls.

    the real loss with this trade IMO is Uribe in the clubhouse. He was was one of the leaders and I don't think they have that kind of guy anywhere else on the roster.
