    i live near the beach a see them every day
    amazing creatures
    and their cousin, the night herons, are pretty cool too...

    There's a blue heron that lives in a pond at the golf course around the corner. No idea how it ended up out here in the desert.

    Plenty of waterfowl in the Puget Sound region.

    The herons get really loud when they see Eagles flying near there nesting areas.

    I guess this is not going to be popular, but Haren looks a step above a lycanthrope.
    Only pitches at night, right? Full moon and shit, right?
    Blue herons are fucking absolutely gorgeous birds. This is an insult to herons everywhere, unless only mentioned for the word play.
