    As a prescription yes it's legal, but then again steroids and hgh also have health purposes and can be acquired legally with a prescription so shouldnt they be allowed?

    Which is exactly my point.hgh is prescribed mainly for issues with the pituitary gland and they're gonna tell me if I have a legit health issues I cannot take my medication? Honestly do they even have a legal right to do that?

    then I'm utterly confused....the "biogenesis 20" got there shit from a healthy clinic, which I assume has legal doctors in it...why not have a script written?

    But I also doubt MLB would want to void an MVP award. I believe one sport voided an award once, but can't for the life of me remember which.

    No, Braun robbed Kemp by cheating.

    The writers, nor fans or anyone else, should think that someone is cheating or beleive that people are shitty and not clean about things. If everyone is cheating, then fine....but they aren't.

    Fucking Braun and anyone else that cheats or lies; whether in baseball or any other aspect of life.

    Not gonna take a side on this.
    BUT
    I'll make a comparison to Bonds.

    I'm a believer that Bonds is the all time HR leader. If he followed the rules of the times and hit more HR than anyone else, he's the HR king.
    Braun, however, used BANNED means that season and was awarded an accolade. I think it's POSSIBLE he can be stripped of his MVP. Not expecting or advocating it, but it's definitely different from all of the 90s HR chasers.

    One thing you are forgetting, this is more than MLB...it's a joint program. The player's Union is involved also. That's why it's so right.

    well i was thinking the writers robbed it of Kemp by not giving it to him when he was the superior player even with wtv Braun was doing.

    And you do know those legal uses are legal for ballplayers if they let the league know in advance? Using someting to recover from a surgery is not the same as using that substance to make you a better player and to make more money.

    well i doubt that now happens since Braun agreed to this 65 game ordeal.

    Like I said, MLB gains a lot more form this than Braun will ever lose.
