What's not to understand? How about the precedent of suspending a player for having a name on a receipt, check or call, instead of a positive test? Since when has that been the rule? And how about a randomly assigned suspension instead of abiding by the guidelines they set up? Do you not think this will affect the new CBA? How can it not?
i get it. but at some point the hammer has to come down. if its only braun getting punished your point may have substance. but like NZ said gayrod has to be waiting his execution. its deeper than what is out there in public and at some point mlb has to make it known they mean business. some people argue the death penalty isn't a deterrent but idts. random? yeah i guess so. the number of games is just what happened to remain in the season. but i bet it makes guys think twice before accidentally swallowing unknown pills or whoopsie injecting something between their toes.
You REALLY think they have no more prove??? Again, there's word about other tests. What do you see more possible, MLB having more prove and forcing Braun's hand to accept a deal and give them more info while they work a deal on the suspension OR them telling him "busted! Your name is on a receipt" and him saying "darn it, ok just give me 65 games"??? Theres a lot more into this than what the media has.
there's a lot out there we don't know and/or aren't privy to but to me the mere fact that braun accepted the suspension implies guilt just a guess... but i bet the prosecution (for lack of better term) must have come up with some pretty damning information
Are you trying to say something negative about Aaron Rodgers? If so we are going to have major fucking problems. lol
There is reports out there that there's receipts, texts and calls from braun to boesch.apparently the evidence was there and obviously so if he took this deal
Time to say who cares about all of this stuff. I am moving on. FYI: Plea deals are a part of the justice system fabric and go largely unreported but this just happens to be VERY public. I hope we aren't going to have threads for all 30+ players expected to be suspended.
This may make me change my sig.... http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/mlb-b...yan-braun-closer-were-him-more-182917493.html
