I'll go on record as being a huge Belicheat hater, but I think both of these coaches push everything to the limit. At USC the rules were broken, but I think it's joke a that Carroll is in violation of a contact/practice rule. That's all the NFL has?

Actually, if you asked either of those groups that question they would deny that their 'emotions' have any affect on their clarity of thought. They might even propose that their clarity is enhanced because of it.

 

I'm sorry but hate so blind that a person doesn't see any worth in another human being and then treating them thinking of them as animals is a HELL of a step up from disliking a sports figure or team. I get it with rivalries and other factors that you might think you hate but it's only mild contempt. I am also sorry to point this out but your dislike for all things UCLA and your fervent support of USC also clouds your judgement which I get and share using the opposite examples.

well, i'm a Raider fan to the core so i sort of applaud them for going extreme measures to win. my thing is..when the league squeezes you and it turns out that you can't win without being able to go to those extremes..you're overrated. it means you can't win fair and square.

there are a lot of teams that'll go to extremes to win..like grow the grass longer, water down the grass, whatever..but they can still win once they're neutralized. much respect to them. i hate'em, but much respect to them.
