Yea, USC is in line for a HUGE finish; honestly, maybe the biggest ever 10 days in recruiting. They are likely to land 5 5-star prospects, the first being Osa. Can't fuck wait; shit is about to go down.

UCLA should land 5-star Soso Jamabo and 4-star DeCahun Holiday. Outside shot with Wariboko and Chris Clark (I think he is a UM lock). You are likely to lose Halalio and already lost Simmons and Aliz'e.

Simmons was apparently due to academic issues. Clark is completely up in the air right now, I am not even sure he knows from reading his twitter, but he still has an OV with UCLA.

ASU is actually putting together a VERY impressive class this year. They are likely to land a couple more big names.

 

Posted this on the USC forums I'm on and wanted to share it here for those interested...

If everything holds its course and we finish the way it is expected we will (getting Iman, Rasheem, Porter and John), then our class will finish with 309.26 points. This would equate to a #2 nationally ranked class by 247Sports, just 3.24 points behind Alabama. I am not sure how they are going to finish, but they will likely add another prospect or two, so that number figures to go up, but we have to calculate as-is, so we assume that is where they end up.

Our average point amount will be 93.34, which would put us second, again to Alabama. This time the spread is 0.04 between us and them.

Using Rivals with the same criteria and assuming that Alabama doesn't add anyone, we will end up with the number #1 class at 3103 points. Our star average would be 4.04, again best in the best nation.

In the history of Rivals, a class score of 3000 or better has only been achieved 4 times:
- USC in 2006 (first time ever, 3010 points)
- USC in 2010 (3003 points)
- Alabama in 2013 (3166 points)
- Alabama in 2014 (3263 points, the highest ever)

With USC and Alabama on track to do that this year, it would mean that this accomplishment has only happened 6 times. Our class this year would be the third highest rated ever.

With regards to Rivals star rating, a class with an average of 4 stars or better has only happened 6 times prior to this:
- Florida State in 2002 (23 commits, 4.09 average, first year Rivals had class rankings)
- USC in 2004 (20 commits, 4.05 average)
- USC in 2007 (18 commits, 4.22 average)
- USC in 2010 (20 commits, 4.2 average)
- USC in 2012 (15 commits, 4.07 average, during sanctions)
- USC in 2013 (12 commits, 4.42 average, during sanctions, highest ever)

As mentioned previously, USC's class would end up with a 4.04 star average this year, best for 7th all-time.

I think it is time to really thank this staff and what they have done and are still doing (nothing is done yet) because as you can see, this is a historically GREAT class.

I'm really loving the Raiders coaching staff that's coming together, I love the JDR hire.

DC is obviously the big one left and the market is getting thin, I hope Smith comes to his senses and decides to coach next year, he'd be a big win for the Raiders.
