Just because you read somewhere that there's no money in dirt doesn't mean anyone ever said that.

Which means you stopped listening to what you were reading when you saw a sentence that reinforced the believes you already hold.

Dirt is a lot like card games.

Because while the push is to move everything digitally you still need certain papers please.
And it's a lot more fun to play for your titles, deeds, and degrees than it is to just buy them like some Yankee banker at the card sharp store.
Living a Dodger is easy with eyes closed.
But when you down in the ravine you better keep eur aye open before the captain brings you your whine.
He doesn't charge if you pay attention.
But if you aren't looking he will take your ass.

If some paragraphs seem salient and others do not it is only because you have been feed a diet full of too much soylent.
And that makes your eyes shallow and green when they should be narrow and mean.

Focus.
Teenagers with little to nothing making money left and right with their moms credit card and their minimum wage paycheck.
Y'all have had money for years but you still betting on a tide that goes up and down like card counters in Vegas who don't know they being watched by coolers everywhere ready to stop your hot streak if you ever guess right.
Kids do a million things an hour.
We think they don't focus.
But that's our age defeating us.
Because we can't stop doing what we were taught is right.
Because we know.
And they don't know.
But here's the rub.
They don't care.
And CARE is the cult.
That takes even the elect of us.
If nobody loves us enough to pull us away.
When they pulling you back in.
Get out.

I will miss the cool evenings at the ravine with my dad, listening to vin, and so many other memories. But this organization is just another marketing agent of 'the party'.

I haven't truly cared about the outcome of a Dodger game since game 5 of the 2019 NLDS. It's not a boycott. Just zero appetite to consume the product. My 8 year-old, 16 year-old, or 25-year old self would be more likely to believe hell froze over than the possibility that I wouldn't care about the Dodgers anymore. But here we are, and I couldn't care if I tried.

i get it and i'm not here to tell you what to think or do but i'm really starting to worry more about how we're all isolating and eliminating people and things
it can't be good and i'm looking for other answers because i personally am finding it far easier to not give any fucks either

 

Fair.

Dissolving real relationships with those you love and benefit from over differences of opinion is foolish.

But ditching trivial entertainment that isn't honoring its actual function anymore just happens naturally.

if i stopped watching i'd spend less time w mom
so i just try to avoid anything but the actual game but that's me
i've had people in my family say some pretty unforgivable stuff about me recently so that' more of a question of how much i can take
and i've had people who i have known 30+ years suddenly not have time for me and have no idea why
i think its what they want us to be like and why they are instilling the hatred among us even if it means this woke shit
hoping people wake up soon cause its fucking ridiculous
at this rate getting a manicure is going to be racist by the end of the day

Buying quality & holding long-term. The problem is people lack discipline to hold for 20+ years.

Park that shit in the VOO and forget you ever had it. It can be that simple if you allow it to be. Dollar will crash at some point though. Cryto & decentralized finance are musts as well.
