    Been a month since i cut the cable and i have no regerts
    Was kind of missing the news when the fires were blazing but nbd
    Was hoping by starting its own thread maybe we could share some of the good stuff we've found
    Netflix, Amazon prime, hulu, etc.
    Yes its selfish on my part and if the mods want to toss it in OTT no worries
    So far i've watched

    Narcos/narcos Mexico and devoured it
    Homecoming 1 season and will def be back for the next
    Surviving Escobar was suggested as excellent so i watched two shows and quit. a bit tedious w hot chicks
    Sneaky pete looks good but only watched the first show
    The tick hysterical i loved it ready for the next season
    The Romanoffs I really liked the first couple and then it got all preachy gay/messianic fuck that
    Justified I just started watching and i'm probably in for the whole 7 seasons (just watched the bear trap)


    So I know GOT is on my list
    But i want to know what are your favorites since i'm not new but man are there a lot of shows

    If you miss the news and like broadcast TV on in the background while you're working, just get a digital antenna. On time purchase.

    For cable news, all of their videos are on Youtube minutes after they air. Just subscribe to whichever cable news channel you like.

    i've had people tell me i need a roof mount antenna
    that would be ok for local news when the fires are burning etc since i felt a little lost then
    think i'll just watch Tucker a few minutes late because who cares what time i watch that?
    getting used to having that thing off a lot after a month and i certainly prefer a $60 bill vs. $200
    and no commercials!

    It really depends where u are. I have a small $20 bunny ears antenna I bought 10 years ago, and get great reception right now. The last place I lived, 20 miles down the road, I got nothing.

    GOT is definitely worth the price of HBO Go. I’d sign up several months before the new season starts (or more depending on how long it will take you to catch up).

    Silicon Valley and Curb Your Enthusiasm are also good HBO shows.
