starting to grind a bit on the wire going into season 5 may have to give it a break as good as it is it just feels so hopeless since you know this has to be close to the truth we all suspect at first i thought there would be an agenda but the truth gets spoken from all sides
Its good to take a break after a block of seasons and watch a different kind of show for a bit. Then get back and finish off the Wire after the new year.
finished last kingdom it was good not really into that kind of movie often but it did have some interesting factual stuff going on middle ages had to be a gruesome time to be alive
I liked "The Last Man on Earth" with Will Forte, which aired on Fox but all 4 seasons are on Hulu. Took a few episodes to get going and some performances can get tiresome if you watch too many in a row, but it was a rare comedy that I couldn't wait to see what happened next.
yeah i'm sort of getting used to how to watch these shows i definitely don't fully commit to every nuance of the shows sometimes i just have it on in the background
If you gonna watch a lot that's pretty much how u gotta do it. When I like something I usually hang on every word and only watch 2 episodes at a time. Like if it was a series of made for tv movies in terms of running time.
been watching the american version of shameless... great tits and the story was so outrageous but then its just too much
Someone posted the bully scene from True Detective on FB, and it was intriguing, so we're giving it a try.
agreed was expecting more with vaughn and farrell seemed to drag a bit, and... Spoiler the ending seemed rushed and made little sense
I made it all the way to the Spoiler shootout and then just lost interest. I barely knew what was going on. First season can be confusing but S2 felt like there was way too much going on.
Season 2 tried just too hard to be like a crime version of Game of Thrones....and lost it's way. But I also don't think it was horrible like others did. Part of the problem was casting. Vince Vaughn just wasn't the right guy. Rachael McAdams also miscast. If those are 2 of your 4 main characters, then you have problems.
