LOL - I don't know if I would call drafting Strasburg and Harper "working magic", they had the #1 pick in both drafts and these guys were both highly regarded as the best player in each. But, yes, Kasten left the Nationals at the end of 2010 so he would have been in the organization when they drafted both (Strasburg in 2009 and Harper in 2010).
