One of my good friends is a Carolina Panthers, UNC basketball, and Cubs fan. He saw a SB loss & a title loss to Nova on a 3 as time expired so I guess a part of me is happy the Cubs are coming through for him. That would have been a rough year.

In the most friendly way all I can say to that is look at his stats. Guess you missed those above. Playoffs are MUCH better. Does anything your saying really matter with a 19-5 record and a 2.44 era. How many pitchers have those kind of numbers in MLB ? Maybe these fact alluded you. How much has his throwing to bases issues hurt him ? Pretty much zero. Fan or not Maybe you can respond to THOSE facts ??
Been a great series if you are a Cub fan...granted. But as far as pure exciting baseball, these games suck. Except the 3-2 deal...the rest...a yawn...

C) Citing his 2015 record, or any other, does in no way alter the previously stated facts. Fact. Yes he has those noted weaknesses and he's still he's a stud pitcher. Fact. Did you have a point?
