On the first part, I don't know, I think Ramirez has a shot simply because their aren't very many good SS in the NL beyond Tulo and Castro. Same could be said for 1B as well, after Votto, who in the NL is better than A-Gon? Freddie Freeman? Maybe. Paul Goldschmidt? Probably not. On the second part, waaaaaay over.
