doesn't seem all that hard to know an older guy who hasn't been competing might need to ease back into game condition
if you didn't work out in a gym for over a year its not like you hit it hard 3 days in a row as soon as you decide to work out again

Second inning aside, Julio looked like the ghost of Julio past. Probably could have gone another inning if he had a few more starts under his belt.
