I don't know how a guy who has been hit 109 times in his career can justify charging the mound. Why would Greinke put him on like that? It doesn't make sense.
Looks like the shit Dodger luck is still holding out....something always comes up to put a monkey wrench in the LAD season. The guy's second start and a fractured collarbone...still can't understand why Greinke handled the charging asshole like that, but the guy's a pitcher, not a brawler I guess.
It seems you give a guy Quentin's size the advantage doing that. Then again, unless he's got a great left hook or something, throwing hands at the guy could really result in a career ending thing. It just is the same shit luck as always again.
I don't know who replaces Greinke now; I'm thinking the guy who is on the Mariners now was probably the best option. Sometimes, a thing like this opens a door for some kid to come up and be a hero...we'll see. I truly don't think Lilly is a valid sub right now.
As far as the Kemp/Queertin thing, I don't know how an OF gets back at another OF, unless he waits for him in the parking lot like in school or something. On the field, there seems little or no way to do it at all.
I believe of all the pitchers on the staff, Kershaw will be the one to put it in his ear.

Can you really "get" a guy with security all over and other team mates all around? It's just not possible; to me I don't see what can really happen in that environment. Even if you did get at him, how long would it last?
If you're pitcher, you can retaliate. If the one guy is an IF, you can retaliate, with the right circumstances. It seems to me, in this day and age, all you can do is say shit about the other guy's mother or something.
BB fights are usually just what happened last night,,,scuffling all around and rolling all over the place, and one guy gets fucked up. And a whole lot of jawing and cursing. And "remembering".
Unfortunately, we won the battle with a W, but lost so much more. A Pyrrhic victory at best.
With Jackie's Day coming up, and what he took as a man in his life, including an early grave for it, what happened last night is food for thought, I think, when measured against the heroism of Robinson.

I think that its perfectly fair that Quentin be sat out until Greinke returns
