    actually it's up to Price because nobody's gonna give up a major package of top prospects for Price unless they feel he'll re-sign with them. free agency is around the corner for him. and we know who'd be the favorite to pay the most for his services and so does he.

    seeing how the Cards struggle with left handed pitching, IMO, it just reinforces the rumor that LAD will go after David Price. decent chance that the Dodgers will have to go through STL in the future...adding Price would make sense. but that's obviously away from the lineup topic

    The Reds would not trade Brandon Phillips and Ryan Ludwick for Ethier, a C prospect and a 4th OF so it doesn't matter if the Dodger fans don't like it because the Reds would hang up.

    Gotta believe we are leading the chase for Guerrero. He isn't signed and we wouldn't sign him til we are out of the playoffs. Signing him sooner than that would be a very unneeded statement to Mark Ellis and that would be dumb. Boras said soo and is probably a reflection of us being in the playoffs. His previous agent was not licensed/approved by MLB so a change was necessary.
