No fuck it, over. These guys haven't even fired Ned yet. I say Mattingly has about 5 years left.

Bring it, at least we will entertained from time to time.

Ozzie would put some of our players in a mental institution after he got done ripping em on a daily basis.

No Ozzie. The last thing this team needs is a distraction.

The Dodgers need a leader with some fire. One that knows the appropriate time to use it. I know people hate the La Russa idea and it's not going to happen, but someone like him. Problem with Donnie is that he's still semi-new to managing. Might sound a little ridiculous, but I think the Dodgers need someone that's been there before.

I disagreed about La Russa. I hate the guy but he does win and his name was whispered when it was thought that DBB would not be kept. I have a feeling of Stan wants, Stan gets.

Dbb getting fired up and trashing the locker room isn't going to help. Francona and valentine tried, got nothing out of the former Red Sox. Ozzie and Fredi tried, got nothing out Hanley. These are the grizzled baseball vets on the roster and they have no testicles. Yelling at girls just makes them cry. What this team needs is a veteran to lead by example.

How many managers do these have to quit on before they look at themselves as the problem and do something about it?

Over, big time. they will reward him (and Ned) with big extensions. Injuries will be cited as the reasons, and he will go on with the Dodgers and do nothing.
    For at least another 3.

the team is playing uninspired passionless baseball
while the "he's not the one playing, hence not his fault" excuse seems to get played regularly
but the bottom line is it's happening under his watch

How can you be inspired when the manager doesn't think you can get the job done? Making a quality hitter bunt with 0 outs and man on first is cowardly and pessimistic. Back the man sometimes, not as if the person hitting behind him is going to get it done.
