the team is playing uninspired passionless baseball while the "he's not the one playing, hence not his fault" excuse seems to get played regularly but the bottom line is it's happening under his watch
How can you be inspired when the manager doesn't think you can get the job done? Making a quality hitter bunt with 0 outs and man on first is cowardly and pessimistic. Back the man sometimes, not as if the person hitting behind him is going to get it done.
