    you can hear the crack of the bat and know its more than a fly ball and then fly balls are "deep fly, waaaay back and he makes the catch"

    Winning or not, you could ALWAYS complain about Roberts. Even if he's a non-issue at the moment, he will screw up this season before it's over.

    Remarkable record considering the injuries to the pitching staff. You could make a pretty solid staff out of those on the IL.

    Uncanny how he was hitting corners.

    Miller threw a couple of Sutton-like curves last night. His 100 mph heat gets the attention, but his so-called secondary pitches are just as important.

    Great AB by Kike last night. One of the best of the year. Didn't try to do too much with the infield in.

    i'm fine w the idiot if he can win in the post
    at least we've started seeing bunts, steals and baseball plays instead of his pig headed past
    at this point he's kind of like tom bradley but i also think as well as the team is playing he has pressure to win it all as too

    Yeah, I'd shut my piehole for sure ( well, about Robots, anyway) if he won it this year...but, honestly, I don't believe in Dave, not at all. I believed in the Dodgers... like a loyal and faithful dog, but his failures with so much ammunition to fight with in the past, so many times, has made me an infidel.
    I challenge him again, and will willingly surrender my sword, should he be ultimately victorious.
