Happy Kershaw day. At least I hope so. His 21 HRs served up at Coors are his most at any away field. Also a 4.81 ERA over 25 starts. Offense needs to support him more today.

Are my eyes deceiving me? For a change Kershaw doesn't get the C-team lineup?

Not saying this is a great lineup either... but it's about as good as it gets with the present roster.

Another great and bravado performance by Kersh.
Damn, it really has been a privilege to watch him as a Dodger all these years.

Good team win, except for Bickford. You come in with a five-run lead, your job is simple. Wrap up the W without putting any additional stress on the rest of the pen, particularly your closer. Not to walk the bases loaded and force him to come in. This guy is such a loser. Can't wait for the team to part ways with him.

The only passive interest I have in this organization is seeing Kershaw pad his career stats/accolades and to see Roberts fired.

Can't blame you, TB. I'm not quite there yet, but sometimes I wonder if being a fan of this iteration of the Dodgers is harmful to my long-term health and well-being. I know for a fact that my posts on this board are significantly more negative than five years ago. I've done a good job eliminating the negative people in my life, so why do I keep following a team that generates darkness in me? Cutting emotional ties with the Lakers and the NBA was a good thing for me... like I said I'm not there yet with the Dodgers and hope it doesn't happen, but only time will tell.

all the pc crap and posturing has taken the fun out of it
but it seems like sucking the fun out of everything is the goal these days

Hopefully Hudson will relieve them of the Bickford dilemma. As good as he was against Houston, he was that shitty last night. It's just who he is. At least Phillips only spent a handful of pitches.

Don't like the way Kershaw came out of the game last night. He doesn't pull himself out of games. Have to wonder about his balky back.

He and Roberts were as evasive as the White House press secretary (not racist or homophobic) last night after the game.

Yeah, that concerns me too. If he goes on the DL, we're toast.

been 12 years since my mom passed and it still happens to me
used to crush me but now i'm grateful i still think of her (and my pops) so often
all the great memories help numb the pain of losing them
trust me, it’ll get better bro
it just takes a little time

    side note (and horrible segue)…
had a dream i talked to rube and he was in witness protection
he had ratted on the mexican cartel and they were after him
somehow everyone here already knew about it except me
thanks for keeping me in the dark (racist) fkags

Did they announce the unlucky starting pitcher yet?

I mean, why didn't Scarecrow start Barnes while he was at it? Get them all out of the way.
