    Napalm? Wow...I guess going to Chinatown and getting a mat of firecrackers, a few cherry bombs and ash cans wont get it done these days, huh?

    My mom lives in the Whittier/La Mirada area, we visited her yesterday during the day then brought her dogs home with us to Irvine for the night, anticipating the barrage of fireworks. It's no place for pups up there.

    stopped in at Dev division and asked them what the deal was
    apparently cops can only right a citation for fireworks now and they are required to return the things to the manufacturer wtf?
    its more of a problem for them to confiscate apparently
    words out
    its a free for all and the inmates run the asylum
    w cops getting assassinated these days its hard to blame them if they don't have to get out of their cars...
    so if someone thinks its funny to lob a half stick of dynamite in your direction deal w it
