    Tony Gonsolin is in the same company as Hall of Famer, Don Sutton.

    Last time #Dodgers pitcher gave up 5 HR in a game was 1973 when #Pirates hit 5 HR off Sutton.

    Read that the game was called and a split doubleheader scheduled for tomorrow. Just accidentally found that it wasn't cancelled, and it's 11-2.
    Better off I didn't find out.

    Tony Gonsolin has been dealing with an elbow issue, he said. Doesn’t know what specifically it is, but conceded it’s played a role in his diminished fastball velocity this year.

    ehhh
    110% the Dodgers have known about it since whenever it started. It was in like June when they said they pushed Gonsolin back a day because they "said" he was having trouble "recovering" in between starts. Him pitching his turn has mostly been a necessity at least until Lynn was acquired. seems like more a Dodgers problem than Gonsolin's

    still sounds like an excuse when you drop it after giving up 10 in 3+
    especially since it wasn’t velo that hurt him

    @THEREAL_DV Dave Roberts said Tony Gonsolin is on IL with elbow injury. He was pressed on length of time Gonsolin will miss. Roberts conceded it is “Unlikely” Gonsolin will return this season. #Dodgers
