maybe we're the "lovable losers" now? Emphasis on losers. Oh well. Another season in the books. Time to get my mind off baseball then get excited again in December where we can over analyze and pretend like we got a shot! By the way, it's a weird time to say it since he just won a World Series, but man would we hate Joe Maddon. Dude does some wack ass things Anyways, go Dodgers.
And with that, the Cleveland Karma comes alive to get them once again, 1-3 works in the NBA, not MLB. Thank you Chicago for reminding Cleveland that they are still punchline of the United States of America.
I remember being 10 years old and dancing around to a Dodgers' championship. I didn't think winning the WS was easy, but figured we'd be back now and then.
i remember after we won in '81 i went out and just drove around dj on klos screaming "yeah dodgers!" will i ever feel that way again? i honestly don't know
If you aren't winning, you're losing so I could give a shit that the cubs won. I had no sympathy for that team and that 100+ year drought they finally put to rest. It was a great series and congrats to them but you're not gonna hear me say "good for them they finally won" And the Indians. Wow. You just joined the ranks of epic failures right up there with the 3-0 up Yankees. Good thing the cavs won this year or we may have woke up tomorrow and Cleveland may have ceased to exist. Which prob wouldn't be entirely a bad thing.
i'm actually happy for the cubs and their fans and holding out hope they have bartman throw out the first pitch opening day
