    Turner's comments were outstanding. Especially the comment about the pitcher being in danger. Spot on.

    I'll take that further. Stadiums are putting nets up to protect fans from screaming line drives. If a batter had a good idea what pitch was coming but was a little too early in anticipation and pulled the pitch...how much more velocity did that line drive come off the bat because of his prior knowledge.

    Yeah, I'm stretching, but that is what a slippery slope looks like when the weak ass commish does nothing.
