This is going to be a good test for us. If we can win 3 of 4 or sweep, it could be the start of great momentum we need to make a move.
We usually win 2 in a row, think we'll win 3 in a row, and don't. We're able to "win the series" though Then we get a lead in game 1 and 2 of the next series, and blow them both. We are either swept or lose all but 1 It's the same thing every time. 2 steps forward, 3 steps back. We will lose 3/4
I don't see any reason to believe in this team right now. Marquis handcuffed them. He easily outpitched Clayton Kershaw. I'm having trouble getting over that game.

I love Dre but ain't gonna happen. Ever since he started choking up on the bat in the second half of last season and stopped taking roids after he got the 85M, he's toast.
I pretty much agree. I did notice he wasn't AS choked up TUE, but he didn't do shit anyway. He just looks like he's got no power at all anymore. I like what BDK is saying, and in the past Ethier was capable of hot streaks that would just be badass. It's been a long time since he's done that though.
You shouldn't be scared of things that are certain to you. Most of us are certain this series will be bad for the Dodgers. Just accept it like you accept having to pay your taxes. you do pay your taxes right?
Well thinking back to a couple weeks ago we could have easily swept this team at their place until the bullpen imploded each and every game. IF and that's a big if DBB doesn't make bonehead decisions and the bullpen does their job we could win this series. Ah what the fuck am I thinking, that'll never happen. We probably lose 3 of 4 or get swept
And in the spirit of being one shade less pessimistic than TB I'm thinking that a split is about as much as one could wish for 2/2
