Nobody ever said he was our best player
The only discussions about Cruz revolved around if he could keep the job for an extended period of time

As far as I know, there are only 2 people who still think he belongs in the majors: Ned and Don.

    Lugo!
One of the weirdest failures ever to wear blue. Right up there with Deshields and Andruw Jones.

Best hitter? Lmao no. Never. I can say I thought he'd be good. Good as in .260 or so. But come on man

Truly , the Prince of Pop-ups. The guy made me puke.
I seem to remember him on the team at the same time as Hendrikson. What a dynamic duo those two were...Ned in a nutshell.
Throw in Tomko, and it's a trifecta of imperfection.
Although , strangely, Tomko had good stuff at times; real good. It was hard to fathom why he sucked so badly. Too many meatballs, I guess. Like for me, it's hard to fathom why Lilly has lasted so long.

If he stays on the team, no matter how bad he is, I feel he will do something that will endear every Dodger fan to him, even greater than last year's accomplishment.
So let it be written; so let it be done.
