An easy double?
The dude was running down 1b line as hard as possible while trying to see what is going on with his hit when he did the right and SAFE thing which is running through 1B because there was no way to know that the 3B was not going to make that play. And then when he got a piece of glove on it and changed its direction the play changed in an instant. You think its an easy play to keep up with all that is going on with that ball in this particular situation while trying to make sure you dont make an out at first?
That was anything but an easy 2B. Any pro player would have done the same thing, secure the hit at 1B.
Then when he saw that the ball got through he ran because he probably never saw that it had changed directions and come back into the field. He made the aggressive decision to run to 2B and try to force the defense to make an overthrow to get him more bases but at the very least get him 2B. We are losing big in the enemy stadium and the bottom of the order which is no power Logan and exhausted Barnes do not seem like good bets to knock Puig in. Who knows, maybe they hit HRs... but Puig played baseball unlike the game the Dodgers seem to want to play which is bitchball.

Fucking Seager is the worst.
All he had to do is what Joc Pederson has done right now.
Put the ball into the OF, you had bases loaded and no outs.
Fuck Seager made up his mind to go for the big hero shot instead of the sacrifice.
Puig would have sacrificed and gotten us a couple of runs.
