Damn Irish...Clayton Richards looks like a fat Nicholas Cage going tranny, after a weekend meth bender... A+ boyo.
Which scrub shuts us down? I'll go the safe route and bet Chacin since he has the highest ERA. 7.2 IP, 1 ER.
Stellar night for Mr. Blister. @JaredJMassey Rich Hill's line: 0.2 IP, 3 Hits, 4 ER, 1 BB, 2 Ks, 29 pitches, 17 strikes. Removed due to pitch count.
roberts on adrian: "When you play all those years and you never go on the DL, you don't feel great all the time," Dodgers manager Dave Roberts told the media on Wednesday."That's why I just have so much respect for him. Because sometimes, for players, to go on the DL is the easy way out. And he literally has never done that." um...
Wrong thread...I would have put this in the, uh...umm...Off Topic Politics thread. Isn't that right, Irish?
Don't know if that means anything definitive ultimately about Hill, but let's face it: if he is altering his release to not blister up, and this is an example of what his results are to a degree...then he may represent one of the biggest money down the toilet bowl signings for the FO. One. Don't want to "Schilling" out on this, but liking the guy doesn't get him out on the bump for 170 innings or so. Tired of reading only problematic shit about him. While we are floundering, it would be cool to read something positive about him, not just Dave PR spin. ...and the beat goes on...
